You’ve Hired a Room – what’s next?

Thank you for booking one of our rooms. In a few moments, you will receive an email confirming your booking and containing a receipt for your purchase. Please keep a copy of this email.

If you don’t see the email in your email inbox, please look in your junk or spam folder and tell your email program or app to always accept emails from the Roleystone Neighbourhood Family Centre.

You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the start of the activity.

For weekend bookings, a bond is equired and we will contact you about this. Keys to the centre are available for collection oin the Friday prior to your booking, and must be collected during the centre office opening hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Key must be returned on the following Monday, also between centre office opening hours.
