We offer a beautiful, safe and clean facility for hire in the Perth Hills. View our gallery to see the facilities, or contact us to arrange a time to have a look around during 9am to 2pm weekdays.
Large Activity Room AA1
Capacity: 65
Community User: $20.00 per hour (incl. GST)
Commercial User: $25.00 per hour (incl. GST)
- Room comes with an air purifier, chairs (Adult & Child size), tables (Adult & Child size), evaporative air conditioning, Smart TV with HDMI cable, access to commercial kitchen & enclosed playground.
- Licensed for 65 persons for parties and community events and Licensed for 40 persons early childhood activities.

Large Activity Room AA2
Capacity: 65
Community User: $20.00 per hour (incl. GST)
Commercial User: $25.00 per hour (incl. GST)
- Room comes with an air purifier, chairs (Adult & Child size), tables (Adult & Child size), evaporative air conditioning, Smart TV with HDMI cable, access to commercial kitchen & enclosed playground.

MEETING ROOM
Capacity: 25
Community User: $18.00 per hour (incl. GST)
Commercial User: $23.00 per hour (incl. GST)
- Room comes with an air purifier, chairs, one round table or larger trestle tables available if required, evaporative air conditioning, Smart TV with HDMI cable, pin up boards and white board. There is also access to small foyer tea and coffee facilities.
- Licensed for 25 persons for parties and community events.

LOUNGE ROOM

Community User: $15.00 per hour (incl. GST)
Commercial User: $20.00 per hour (incl. GST)
- Room comes with an air purifier, chairs, one round table or larger trestle tables available if required, evaporative air conditioning, Smart TV with HDMI cable and a white board. There is also access to small foyer tea and coffee facilities.

What Time is The Centre Open?
The centre office is open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily between Monday and Friday. The centre has rooms available for hire between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM, 7 days a week and advance booking of the rooms, which are charged by the hour, is essential.

Can I Book Online?
Yes, its our prefered way to make bookings. If you encounter any issues at all, phone us during office hours of send us a message.

Are Cancellation Refunds Available?
Yes, however this is subject to certain restrictions outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
Can I Access the room prior to my booking to set up?
Unfortunately, no, you can't. Should you wish to have set up time (or pack down time, for that matter) then please add the amount of time you will need to the start and/or end of the time you wish to schedule your event for.
Do You Have a BBQ Available
Our BBQ is only available to those who hire the activity areas (AA1, AA2), and is available at an additional cost. Please add it as an extra when you complete your booking via our online booking system.
My Booking is Outside of Office Hours, How Do I Get Keys?
You are required to collect the keys during our office opening hours of 9AM to 2PM (As stated in the Terms & Conditions), and return them the following Monday during the same time period. If you're unable to collect within the specified hours, you're welcome to send a representative on your behalf.
What if I can't get to the Family Centre within the times stated within the terms & conditions, in working hours to pick up or drop off my keys?
You are more than welcome to have a delegate come in on your behalf.
I would like to hire the Family Centre for a birthday party. How can I find out if the date I want is free?

I want to have a bouncy castle at my party. Where can they set up?
The back corner of the playground, up on the astro turf is the usual location for bouncy castles. We do not allow pegs to hold down the bouncy castle, so please let the hirer know they will need to bring sandbags.
If I have entertainment for my birthday party, can they come in prior to our booking to set up?
You are responsible for all people attending your event. This includes any hired entertainment or caterers. They will only be able to have access during your booked time.
Can I come in to clean up from my party on the next morning?
As we often have multiple different bookings, you will need to clean and remove any rubbish within your booking time.
I want to book your cleaner to clean up after our party. What does it cost?
This is done on a needs basis and all costs will need to be done seperate to your booking. You can call us on 9496 1115 or send us an email. Send your enquiry to contact@roleyfamilycentre.com.au
I want to hire the BBQ. How does this work?
You’re welcome to hire the BBQ for any time during your centre booking. This can be arranged as an optional extra when you make your booking.
For safety, please ensure the BBQ is set up well away from children and out of reach of the hot plate. We recommend allocating a designated area separate from the main play space to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
How do I arrange to fill up the BBQ gas bottle? I won’t have time during my venue hire?
The gas is part of the cost and the centre itself will do this.
