This dynamic session is perfect for beginners and seasoned gardeners alike. You’ll learn how to set up and maintain a thriving worm farm, what to feed your worms, how to troubleshoot common issues, and how to harvest and use worm castings and liquid fertiliser for boost your plants naturally.
A key focus of this workshop is the importance of the circular economy. Keeping valuable resources in use for a long as possible and reducing waste sent to landfill. By composting your food scraps with worms, you’re actively closing the loop, transforming organic waste into a resource that nourishes your soil, supports healthy plant growth, and reduces the need for chemical fertilisers, it’s a simple but powerful way to contribute to a more sustainable future at home and with our beautiful community.
